Who can be an agent?
Agents of ET and TPS can be any legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. A person wishing to become an agent of ET and TPS must submit an application form with the seal of the organization or individual entrepreneur. The decision on granting the status of the agent is taken by the company CEO on the proposal of the Director of Marketing.
Agent’s functions
Agents have to look for customers only among legal entities. The functions of the agent are:
• Finding new customers among the legal entities;
• Interaction with Customer department on provision of requesting for technical surveys and receiving technical solutions for organization of communications services
• Interaction with clients on signing of the contracts and provide all necessary documentation.
• Support client relationship with the subscriber. Transmission of information on its requirements to Customer department and other departments of the company
The agent has the right to seek only new customers for ET and TPS among entities identified with him in the agency contract. He has no right to conduct negotiations on the sale of services with current ET and TPS existing customers, except those that were attracted by him.
Agent Area of Responsibility
At the conclusion of the agency contract, the Director of Marketing clearly define the range of potential customers with whom the agent has the right to communicate, as well as territory in which it can operate.
If the agent violates the terms of the contract, defame the company's image and if within 3 months in a row he didn’t signed a single contract or the amount of contracts is not significant, ET / TPS may terminate the contract with the agent unilaterally.
Scheme of interaction:
1. The agent is looking for clients in the territory entrusted to him, among a certain circle of entities;
2. If an agent find a potential client, the agent on his behalf shall make an application to the Customer Department for the survey, which should contain: a) address of installation services b) what services would get a potential customer and in what amounts to) a contact person from the Subscriber and his phone d) Name of the agent and his coordinates.
3. Customer department directs this proposal to the technical service that maximum within 3 working days is conducting a study on technical possibilities to connect services, and provide technical conclusion back to the customer department.
4. Within 1 working day customer department provides this information to the agent, who is preparing an offer for a subscriber and conducts negotiations with him;
5. If the subscriber is satisfied with this offer, the agent a) preparing a contract for services, which provides to the customer department, indicating his name b) collect all documents from the subscriber is required to connect (a letters for crossing, copies of passports, etc.)
6. Customer department passa contract through domestic approval procedures at ET / TPS within 2 business days.
7. Customer department provides to the agent signed by the ET / TPS contract. The agent also signs a contract with the subscriber, and together with the whole package of documents (passport, a letter to crossing, etc.) provides this contract to the customer department.
8. Customer Care Department monitors the payment process and after its implementation is preparing an order for connection, as well as a report on the remuneration of the agent.
9. The agent brings the invoice and acceptance certificate, which, together with a report on the remuneration shall be entered to the approval of Marketing Director, Finance Director and is provided for the approval of CEO.
Agents Support
Agents will be provided promotional materials, as well as instruction on how to connect subscribers of ET/TPS. Periodically, training sessions will be conducted.
Fee Agent and its payment scheme
Agent for their work is remunerated at the rate of 12,5% of the contract, excluding VAT. The basis for the calculation of interest is the total amount of the contract, which is calculated as the total lump-sum payments + total fee for one month (excluding VAT), provided that it was fully paid by the subscriber. Agent shall not be paid compensation if the subscriber has made the payment in part or subscriber has accounts receivable.
At the conclusion of a supplementary agreement with a client who has a accounts receivable will be calculated from the amount of additional income, after payment of accounts receivable.
Payment of agency fees in the contract, whose value are indicated in U.S. dollars is carried out according to Central Bank of Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of the contract.
